So where to start? I am sure most of you all know we built a bakery. My husband and I decided that it was time to make the leap and sell our house. We found the perfect property and and began building the bakery. We also planted a small apple orchard at the new property. The reception has been amazing! Our neighbors, friends, family, and of course our customers have been amazing. Even though we are open, we still continue to build and expand on what we want to offer our community. We hope to begin a farmers market this year, but first we have to go in front of the zoning board to get approval for a special use permit. Stop by and check us out if you haven't!

Hello 2018! The future is looking great at the Hollister Pie Company. We used the holiday season to reflect on our new venture. We are extremely happy with how the community welcomed us into their homes. we hope with our values and hard work we will continue to grow with our community and develop something we can all be fond of.
Thank you, Crystal Glaser I can't imagine any better season for pies then now. At our house we have some traditions that really make our time special with our kids. Our first tradition are the twelve days of pie! We bake 12 miniature pies for our two sons. Each night after dinner the boys wash up, get in comfy pj's and watch a Christmas movie. They each get their own miniature pie and enjoy. I can say that the feeling I get when our youngest turns and smiles is like no other feeling.
Our other tradition is for Santa. When Santa visits our house he is tired of cookies. The night before we cook as a family making pecan tassies and peanut butter balls for Santa. Dont forget the egg nog to wash it all down! What traditions do you have? Comment and share we would love to hear! |
